1. Tour Bookings & Confirmations

All custom tour itineraries and bookings are confirmed upon mutual acceptance of the final itinerary proposal and receipt of the agreed deposit. Detailed vouchers and chauffeur contact information will be dispatched prior to arrival.

2. Payment Terms & Currencies

Quotes are generally provided in United States Dollars (USD) or equivalent major currencies. Payments may be made via secure electronic bank transfer or credit card processing.

3. Cancellations & Modifications

In the event that you must cancel or modify your travel dates, please notify us immediately in writing. Refund amounts depend on hotel reservation policies and proximity to arrival date.

4. Travel Insurance & Health Requirements

Travelers are responsible for securing adequate international comprehensive travel, health, and cancellation insurance prior to arrival in Sri Lanka.
